POWER OF NETWORKING

Have you ever thought why rich people become richer and poor people become poorer? normally this question time and again raised by middle class or people having a myopic view.

Let me put this question in a different way! how the class system evolved like elite class or middle class, Convent School or private school, Entrepreneur or labor and many more.

These classes are nothing but a mindset of the people who comprise of such classes. Here comes the power of networking. You have a network of good people, effortlessly you will become good if most of the people in your house or relatives are doctors then there is a greater chance that you will become a doctor without putting much efforts. At the end, your destiny is usually decided by your network.

Have you ever thought why students wish to go to IIT and IIM? It's not because passing out from such institutes ensures success, rather students want to associate with such great minds who have courage to think out of the box or have the unconventional mindset to change the world. Earning money is always a by-product of the efforts channelized by such people and no doubt they earn quite well. And, if anyone is left out from campus placement, then he doesn't remain unemployed for a long because of their strong network of Alumni.

The concept of Alumni in the institute is nothing but having a strong network of people who help each other in their tough time. And, as a result, they keep on growing whether they do their business or Job, and thus creating a marvelous class of people whose net-worth grows exponentially and they pass on all these fortunes to their children.

But, the middle class ends his life in believing that the upper class always oppresses the lower class and completely oblivious of the fact that their own mindset is the reason of their vulnerability.

So, have a company of good people, grow your network, help each other. And remember! If you surround yourself with 5 millionaires, you will become the 6th.
